Return Policy
Solow Sports' number one priority is customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, email us at service@solowsports.com to initiate the return process. We will respond with instructions on handling the return, typically within 24 hours.
We accept returns on all new merchandise (unopened and unused) within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Solow Sports. Any errors made on the part of Solow Sports are eligible for a full refund including return shipping costs.
Exceptions
- Solow Sports will replace defective items not covered by a manufacturer's warranty within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
- Tennis racquets must be unused, and the handles must still be in the original plastic wrapping. The cost of strings will not be refunded unless the racquet is defective. Furthermore, strung (but not pre-strung) racquets are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. Defective racquets should be shipped to the manufacturer, which will replace it upon verification of the defect.
- Shoes must be unworn and returned with the original box, unless the customer is requesting a replacement under the manufacturer's durability warranty, in which case the return should be processed with the respective manufacturer according to the instructions included in the box.
